About Megan
Megan is now 20 years old and is working as a carer for a Domiciliary Care Agency. She has attained her NVQ level II in care and is now training up to level III.

She trains with Carl Hester and Martin Schleicher.

She has been riding since the age of three years.

She is a fully-qualified Aromatherapist.

Her other interests include music and skiing.

She currently has two horses.

Both horses are kept at home where she looks after them with with her mother, Julie.

Megan trains with Olympic rider Carl Hester and Dutch trainer Henk Van Bergen.

Megan is a member of Ludlow Hunt Pony Club, a member of West Midlands Dressage Group and British Dressage.

She also won the British Dressage Talent Spotting Final at Junior Level in 2004.

Megan was in the top 13 dressage riders between the age of 14 - 20 that were selected to take part in the viewing day for the World Class Start Programme for the 2012 Olympics.

She has been recognised as one of Britain's talented athletes and has attained the Talented Athlete Scholarship for the past three years.

She is a representative for the South Shropshire District Council Role Model Initiative for the 2012 Olympics.
